Today, we’re announcing that we’ve made the decision to put our historic property up for sale.
Now, before you start to worry, let us assure you that The Shoppes of Banbury Fair are not going anywhere. Our commitment to serving you, our wonderful community, remains as strong as ever.
Why are we selling, you might ask? Well, it’s all about ensuring that The Shoppes of Banbury Fair continue to thrive for generations to come. By selling the property, we aim to find a steward who shares our passion for preserving the beauty and history of this place while also having the vision to develop it for the future.
Rest assured, our retail store and d^licious coffee bar aren’t going anywhere! We’re here to stay, serving up your favorite treats and treasures just like we always have. And for those who love Le P’tit Bistro + Bar, fear not – our cherished partnership with Le P’tit Bistro + Bar will remain intact.
Our goal is simple: to find the perfect custodian for this historic gem, someone who will honor its legacy while ushering in a new era of prosperity. The Shoppes of Banbury Fair isn’t just a business; it’s a part of the fabric of Bartlett, and we’re committed to ensuring its continued success.
